If a file did not corrupt as expected, tell us the extension, the approximate size, the level you used and your browser. Please do not send the file itself, we cannot receive it and we do not want it.

Requesting a format
If a format falls back to the generic profile and you would like a dedicated one, send the extension and, if you know it, the structural landmarks that matter: magic bytes, index blocks, trailers.
Security disclosure
The site is static and processes nothing server-side, but if you find something that affects users, email us with the details before disclosing publicly.
We cannot recover corrupted files. Corruption is a one-way operation. Once the structure is destroyed there is nothing left to rebuild from, by us or by anyone else. Please keep an untouched backup of anything that matters.
